About the Role– Mō te tūranga

We’re looking for a Tractor Driver and Fencer General to join our team on a 770ha irrigated platform, finishing approximately 4,000 head of beef cattle annually and grazing 1,500 replacements. Reporting to the Grazing Manager, you’ll:

• Operate and maintain tractors and farm equipment
• Build and repair fences to a high standard
• Assist with stock and pasture management
• Contribute to our kaupapa of sustaining land and water so our people prosper

About You – He kōrero mōu

• Experience operating tractors and farm equipment (essential)
• Ideally, fencing skills and general farm maintenance experience
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• A team-focused attitude with leadership capability
• Respect for Māori cultural values and customs (Tikanga)
• Openness to learning and development
