Tahu FM, Cloud 9 Float Club and O-Studio competition terms and conditions

Entry is open to all Tahu FM listeners

Cloud 9 Float Club and O-Studio are registered businesses on Te Aka Haumi o Tahu, our Ngāi Tahu business directory ( Tim Bateman, the owner is offering our listeners the opportunity to experience flotation therapy at either of his businesses – Cloud 9 Float Club or O-Studio; there will be 18 lucky winners.

Entries are limited to one entry per person; unsuccessful entrants will be re-entered in the draw weekly.

No purchase, entry fee, or payment is necessary to enter this competition.

Entry into the competition is deemed as acceptance of the competition terms and conditions below.

Conditions and how to enter

Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu is the sponsor of this competition (the Sponsor). Tahu FM is the promoter of this competition (the Promoter). This competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram.

All entrants in this competition release the Sponsor and Promoter from any and all claims and demands arising out of, or in connection with participation in this competition or with any of the prizes offered.

To enter this competition

  1. Reply and share the Tahu FM Facebook advertisement with the business name (Cloud 9 Float Club or O-Studio).
  2. Listen to Tahu FM Tuesday breakfast show for the next 3 weeks – 24th, 31st March and 7th April. Six lucky winners will be drawn live on air during each of these shows.
  3. Competition winners will be required to send a photo of themselves at the business and tag Tahu FM on their Facebook feed.
  4. The Promoter may contact the winners to discuss their experience. This discussion will be recorded. The Promoter may use this recording for any purposes.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Prizes cannot be converted into cash. The Sponsor and / or the Promoters decisions in respect of this competition, the prizes and the determination of winners is final and is not subject to challenge.
