A day of events to celebrate and enrich Unutai e! Unutai e!

As part of evidence gathering for the Ngāi Tahu Freshwater Statement of Claim, Te Kura Taka Pini commissioned celebrated photographer, Anne Noble ONZM to document waterways and water bodies in the takiwā. Unutai e! Unutai e! an exhibition of her work, will be hosted by the Dunedin Public Art Gallery. Opening Saturday 31st May, closing Sunday 12th October 2025.

The programme includes a panel discussion with leading Kāi Tahu experts on rakatirataka and wai māori; a tour of the exhibition led by members of Kāi Tahu whānau; and a closing performance of waiata and haka from He Waka Kōtuia.
