Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment? We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Shotover Jet and Dart River Adventures.

Please note: This is a long‑term, full‑time permanent position. As such, it is not suitable for applicants on working holiday visas or those seeking short‑term or casual employment.

About the Role

Based mainly at Shotover Jet in Queenstown, with occasional shifts at Dart River Adventures in Glenorchy (free transport provided), this role plays a key part in managing the guest journey from first enquiry through to on‑site experience.

You’ll be responsible for

• Handling guest bookings, enquiries, and reservations using reservation systems
• Managing changes, payments, and availability with accuracy and confidence
• Supporting retail and photography sales
• Delivering warm, professional customer service in person, over the phone, and online
• Sharing our stories and values with pride

We’re after someone who

• Has previous reservations or bookings experience (this is essential)
• Is confident working with reservation systems, payments, and guest queries in a high‑volume environment
• Has strong customer service experience and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Is calm, reliable, and performs well under pressure
• Is physically fit, alert, and safety‑conscious
• Can work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
• Holds a full driver’s licence (P‑Endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Is open to learning about Ngāi Tahu culture, te reo Māori, and tikanga
• Enjoys the outdoors and thrives in a dynamic, operational environment
• Is seeking a stable, long‑term, permanent role
