We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Shepherd General (Drive‑In) to join our team in Culverden. This full‑time, fixed‑term (6 months) role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high‑performing grazing operation.

Our Ideal Candidate – Ōu Pūkenga me ōu Āheitanga

• Minimum of a restricted NZ driver licence.
• Experience operating a tractor and/or quad.
• Experience with high‑performance pasture and crop management.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to Ngāi Tahu Farming’s social, environmental, cultural, and economic pillars.
• Respect for Māori cultural values and tikanga.
